Profile
Dr Kristan Aronson contributes to trans-disciplinary research teams examining the relative contribution of environmental and genetic factors as causes of cancer. Kristan holds degrees from McGill University and the University of Toronto, she has also trained in Edinburgh and Heidelberg, and she was a post-doctoral fellow at the International Agency for Research on Cancer in France. Dr Aronson has held several research awards and visiting professorships, and she is the recipient of the Golden Jubilee Medallion of Queen Elizabeth II for volunteering.
